The Senior Hospitality class were asked back by Chef Alastair McLeod Saturday, 8 November, to assist the AlfreshCo Catering Company. The Year 11 students were joined by our incoming Year 10 students and assisted again by Ms Roberts, Mrs Ann Joseph, Mrs Schultz and Volunteer Miss Rose Roberts. The team prepared and plated the canapes, mains, and dessert petit fours, for the 750 guests at the Toowoomba Grammar School 150th Old Boys Celebration Dinner.

Our students and staff shone like superstars and there were praises all round for their professionalism and the way we work as a team. Well done to the awesome Sophians!
